The Mr. Spin loyalty shop has closed, and I’ve not used up my points. Have I lost them?
Your points will be available for use when the new shop has opened. We will send you an update a little closer to the time. Until the new shop opens, your points will not expire.
How can I redeem my prizes from the shop?
You will be able to redeem the points once the shop is reopened. Please note, following the closure of the existing shop, you will not be able to collect any further points or redeem your points.
Can I still earn points before the launch of the new shop?
Once the current shop has closed, additional points cannot be collected. However, you can view your point at any moment on the dedicated page. You can start to collect points again, once the new shop has launched. We will send you an update a little closer to the time.
There will be a period when you are unable to redeem your points. This is between the closure of the old shop and the opening of the new shop.
